1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using RyanChat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using RyanChat, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of Service
RyanChat is an AI-powered chat platform that provides access to multiple large language models and AI services. Our platform acts as an interface to various third-party AI providers and does not operate or host its own AI models.
Important: RyanChat relies on third-party AI service providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Groq) to process your requests. Your use of these services is subject to the respective providers' terms of service and acceptable use policies.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Hacking and Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any computer system, network, or account. This includes but is not limited to hacking, cracking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
- Generate or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
- Use the service for commercial purposes without proper licensing
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
4.2 Content Guidelines
You are solely responsible for the content you generate using RyanChat. We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
4.3 Third-Party AI Usage
When using RyanChat, you must comply with the acceptable use policies of our third-party AI providers. This includes OpenAI's usage policies, Anthropic's responsible AI guidelines, and other providers' terms.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RyanChat and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using RyanChat, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.
5.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI models through RyanChat may be subject to the intellectual property policies of the respective AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
7. Payment and Billing
7.1 Fees
Some features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Subscription Services
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
7.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information. All payment processing is subject to the terms of our payment processors.

8.2 Subscription Management
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
8.3 Apple Minimum Terms
1. Acknowledgement: You and RyanChat acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between You and RyanChat only, and not with Apple, and RyanChat, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. These Terms do not provide for usage rules for Licensed Applications that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the Effective Date (which you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to review).
2. Scope of License: The license granted to You for the Licensed Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded Products that You own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that such Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
3. Maintenance and Support: RyanChat is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in these Terms, or as required under applicable law. You and RyanChat acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
4. Warranty: RyanChat is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to You; and that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be RyanChat's sole responsibility.
5. Product Claims: You and RyanChat acknowledge that RyanChat, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of You or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or Your possession and/or use of that Licensed Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. These Terms do not restrict RyanChat's liability to the End-User beyond the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property Rights: You and RyanChat acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that the Licensed Application or Your possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, RyanChat, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
7. Legal Compliance: You must represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Third Party Terms of Agreement: You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application (e.g., You must not be in violation of Your wireless data service agreement when using the Licensed Application).
10. Third Party Beneficiary: You and RyanChat acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon Your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against You as a third party beneficiary thereof.

9. Termination
9.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the Service.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10.2 AI Content & No Professional Advice
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate material. You use AI-generated content at your own risk and are responsible for verifying its accuracy and appropriateness.
No Professional Advice: RyanChat is an automated informational tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation. The content generated by our AI is not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. We strongly recommend seeking the guidance of qualified professionals before making any decisions based on AI-generated information. RyanChat disclaims all liability for consequences resulting from any reliance on the responses provided by the Service.
10.3 Third-Party Services
RyanChat integrates with third-party AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RyanChat, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RyanChat and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:
- Your use and access of the Service
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
13. Governing Law
